2001 as a wireless consultant for Sprint PCS Small Business Dealer Network (SBDN)
authorized by Mr. Robert Rogers, Sprint PCS BIAE, Platinum Award Level.
We have been grown up with smooth channel of
solution provider through carriers. Wide Cellular has been accumulated
customer-satisfaction skills with analysis of customers situations through
proper plans, appropriate products, and other add-ons.
We still have a goal for following 6-point Plan:
Mr. Young N. Yoo, owner has high goals for the firm
and he expects to impart some recognizable changes at Wide Cellular in the next
three to five years. Specifically, he wants to create a $5.5 million operating
margin expansion by 2008 and he has a 6-step plan to help him accomplish that
goal:
1. Generate a nationwide-class leadership team.
2. Create corporate governance with a strong balance
sheet by the end of 2007.
3. Implement industry-leading cost structure and
quality.
4. Manage growth by investing in areas where the
company has 20-percent market share and divesting or getting out of
areas where it has lower market share.
5. Invest profitable growth through research and
development and increase the company's marketing and branding
6. Enter partnerships to increase applications and
services, doubling the current 15 percent of revenue within the next five years.
We will be committed to transforming the business
through expanding Online-Activations, profitable growth and increasing the
company's applications and services.
